Where did you first encounter the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales?
At Father Judge High School (Philadelphia) where I was a student.

What experience of the Oblates led you to join the community?
A strong sense of fraternity and community from the Oblates teaching at Father Judge.

In your experience, what makes the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales distinct?
Gentle approach to ministry and approachability/personality.

In ten words or less, how would you sum up Salesian spirituality?
A practical, down-to-earth approach to living in relationship with God and others.

Why should someone consider becoming an Oblate of St. Francis de Sales today?
Our society needs the gifts of Salesian spirituality and more men to contribute to efforts to spread it.

Who is your favorite historical figure? Why do you admire him/her?
Our founder, Louis Brisson, who models well the balance between faith and reason as Oblate priest and scientist/inventor/mathematician.

What are some of your interests/hobbies?
Reading, engaging pop culture through music, movies, and media.
